About the Owner and His Team
Transitions can be
challenging, especially when they are emotionally charged or need to be done
quickly. At Caring Transitions, we understand and our compassionate,
specially-trained team is here to help.
I’m Jeff Earle, the
local owner of Caring Transitions South Indy, and I operate this business with
the help of my dad, Dan Earle, and my step-sister, Karen Moon. Together with
our team, we can help you through any transition, whether you or a loved one
are downsizing, moving into a safer living situation, moving in with family or
clearing an estate. Our plans are customizable, so you can choose the
individual solutions that best fit your needs. We can handle decluttering,
organizing, packing, moving, resettling, in-person estate sales, online auctions,
and preparing homes for market.
Caring Transitions
South Indy serves Indianapolis, Greenwood, Southport and the surrounding areas.
Caring Transitions is a solutions-based company. We want to listen to the
challenges you’re facing and then create a plan that can help you get through
the transitions you’re facing. We aren’t here to sell you a service or a
package. We are here to offer you a solution that’s custom to your needs.
At
Caring Transitions, we want to partner with you so you and your family can get
through the transition you’re facing with as little stress as possible. We can
handle small parts of the process or we can manage the entire project – it’s
entirely up to you. We want to be able to help people live better lives by
taking this weight off their shoulders as quickly and as compassionately as
possible by offering end-to-end, customizable solutions.
Caring Transitions
South Indy is CRTS certified and all of our employees are background checked,
insured and bonded. We look forward to learning about your individual needs and
helping you build a customized solution.
Here’s a little
about each of us:
Jeff Earle: I have lived in Indianapolis for more than 40 years
and am excited to be serving this community in a new way through Caring
Transitions. I started my career in automation and machine safeguarding in our
family’s Electrical Engineering company, and, for the last 15 years I’ve owned a
local insurance agency. Through that business, I’ve enjoyed helping hundreds of
seniors work toward their own financial goals. I also have my Real Estate
License and have specialized in using technology to improve the process of
buying and leasing property. My background in insurance and in real estate
combined with my experience in helping clients find solutions through listening
and problem solving made Caring Transitions a perfect fit for me. I am the
proud father and grandfather and, in my free time, I enjoy a lot of sports
including softball, snow & water skiing, bowling and golf. I enjoy spending time with THE DUKE, my 140-pound
black lab.
Karen Moon: I am a proud life-long resident of Indianapolis and am excited to be
part of the Caring Transitions team. I have a Master’s degree in
Counseling/Counselor Education from Indiana University and a Bachelor’s degree
in Communication Studies from Ball State University. For 17 years before Caring
Transitions, I worked as a counselor and discharge planner for area hospitals.
In that role I helped people of all ages transition by arranging rehabilitation
facilities, home health care services, durable medical equipment needs,
outpatient dialysis needs, transportation needs, assisting with community
resources, and insurance issues related to all of the above. I understand the
challenges that come with life’s transitions – downsizing, divorce, loss – and
I enjoy helping people get to their next steps.
Dan Earle: I enjoyed my career in the Navy as a Personnelman
Second Class specializing in separations and discharges – I helped personnel prepare
to move home and return to civilian life. After four years of service, I moved
in Indianapolis in 1976 and started an Electrical Control Engineering company
in 1978. I became a Freemason in 1981 and a member of the Indianapolis Scottish
Rite in 1983. I raised my three boys in this community and have been involved
with many charity activities, sports, schools and special projects over the
years. In retired in 2017 and am excited to be serving the community in a new
way through Caring Transitions.
